• Process and manage your bookings
• Communicate with you about your reservations (confirmations, check-in instructions, reminders)
• Process payments through Stripe
• Comply with City of San Francisco and State of California short-term rental regulations and tax reporting requirements
• Improve the Site and your experience
• Respond to your inquiries and support requests

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only with:

• Stripe — to process payments securely
• SendGrid — to send transactional emails (booking confirmations, reminders)
• Supabase — to store account and booking data securely
• Vercel — to host and serve the Site
• Government authorities — when required by law, such as tax reporting to the City of San Francisco or State of California

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication tokens, and access controls. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
