House Rules

These house rules apply to all short-term stays at the lower level of 169 Precita Ave in San Francisco, CA. By booking and staying at the property, you agree to follow these rules in addition to the Short-Term Rental Agreement.

1. Smoking

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property or within the accommodation.

2. Condition of Property

Guest is expected to return the accommodation to Host in the same condition it was received.

3. Overnight Guests

Only guests listed in the booking may stay overnight. Any additional persons on the property are the sole responsibility of Guest, and Guest will be held financially responsible for any damage they cause.

4. Safety and Personal Property

The accommodation is privately owned. Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur on the premises or its facilities, nor for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, all guests expressly assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.

5. Property and Furnishings

Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Use all appliances only for their intended purpose.

6. Pets

Pets require prior written approval from Host. See the rental agreement for full pet policy details.

7. Parking

No parking is provided with this rental. Street parking is available and subject to San Francisco parking regulations.

8. Housekeeping

There is no daily housekeeping service. Linens and bath towels are provided for your stay. Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Towels and linens may not be removed from the property.
